AFEAD includes more than 20 000 fault segments that were studied and identified as active.
The database includes data on morphology, kinematics and seismicity, reproducing data from cited studies. References are provided for each entry.
The initial collection of the data is supplemented with uniform attributes of fault slip type, slip rate and a level of confidence in recent activity. Those attributes are maintained by the database owners.GIN RAS, Laboratory of Neotectonics and Recent Geodynamics, v. 02.2021. CC BY 4.0
